ALS has four stategically located manufacturing facilities throughout the United States to meet all of your lubrication needs. Since we opened our original location in Bensalem, PA, we’ve since expanded our geographic footprint to include additional facilities in Charleston, SC, Richmond, CA and Hilton, NY. Operating out of facilities on both U.S. coasts, as well as running a plant in the southern states, allows us to maximize effeciency to better serve our customers.
ALS – Bensalem, PA
Opened as a 24,000 sq ft facility in 1997 and has expanded to 128,000 sq ft through the course of multiple upgrades over the years. This location serves as the ALS headquarters and offers direct access to rail lines onsite.
ALS – Richmond, CA
42,000 sq ft production and warehouse facility consisting of 42 bulk storage tanks, 23 blending kettles and 7 packaging lines.
ALS – Charleston, SC
Southern facility with direct access to both rail and water via barge. 20 tanks with 750K Gal in inventory.
ALS – Savannah, GA
The facility acquired in 2025 by ALS, is a blending and terminaling facility, with 5.8 Million Gallons of storage and ship, barge, rail, tank truck and flexitank loading and unloading capabilities. The facility has a deep-water dock for receiving base oils and additives from barges and tankers. The blending and warehousing facility has blending tanks from 3,000 to 240,000 gallons capability with 8 rail spots for loading and unloading and 4 independent truck loading racks with all dedicated lines.
ALS – Hilton, NY
Metalworking oil operation for specialty products. This facility consists of 3 buildings located on 10 acres of land. This location has over 25 blending tanks ranging in size from 55 gallons to 6,000 gallons, with many using fixed load cell technology. To complement these, we have over 25 bulk storage tanks that maintain an inventory of key raw materials to meet our production requirements.
