BIOSTABLE SEMI-SYNTHETIC CUTTING AND GRINDING FLUID

Clear Gard 1000 is a semi-synthetic BIOSTABLE general purpose metalworking coolant containing approximately 20% mineral oil. This product, when diluted with water, forms a translucent amber emulsion which offers excellent workpiece visibility, good lubricity, and superior cooling. Clear Gard 1000 is designed for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals, except magnesium and is formulated without the use of chlorine.

BIOSTABILITY

BIOSTABILITY refers to the ability of a metalworking coolant to resist extreme biological degradation. This provides extremely long sump life in a properly maintained machine tool and diminishes the possibility of "Monday Morning Odor".

ADVANTAGES
