HEAVY-DUTY BIOSTABLE WATER SOLUBLE
CUTTING AND GRINDING FLUID

AQUA-STAT 3000 C is a heavy duty BIOSTABLE soluble oil concentrate containing a chlorinated additive for difficult machining operations. This product was designed to be extended with water for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals except magnesium. AQUA-STAT 3000 C is excellent on high silicon aluminum alloys.

BIOSTABILITY

BIOSTABILITY refers to the ability of a metalworking coolant to resist extreme biological degradation. This provides extremely long sump life in a properly maintained machine tool and diminishes the possibility of "Monday Morning Odor".

ADVANTAGES

  • Eliminates Need for Tankside Additives
  • Low Foaming
  • Mild Pleasant Odor
  • Excellent Corrosion Inhibition
  • Excellent Hard Water Stability
  • Reduced Overall Cost
  • Superior Tramp Oil Rejection
  • Operator Friendly
  • Excellent Lubricity
  • Clean Running
  • Provides Excellent Finish
  • Long Lasting

APPLICATIONS

Designed for use in metalworking applications such as all CNC milling, turning, drilling, tapping, and grinding. AQUA-STAT 3000 C is also excellent on conventional machining processes and sawing applications.
