 |
HEAVY-DUTY BIOSTABLE WATER SOLUBLE CUTTING AND GRINDING FLUID
AQUA-STAT 3000 C is a heavy duty BIOSTABLE soluble oil concentrate containing a
chlorinated additive for difficult machining operations. This product was designed to
be extended with water for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals except
magnesium. AQUA-STAT 3000 C is excellent on high silicon aluminum alloys.
BIOSTABILITY
BIOSTABILITY refers to the ability of a metalworking coolant to resist extreme
biological degradation. This provides extremely long sump life in a properly
maintained machine tool and diminishes the possibility of "Monday Morning Odor".

When mixing coolant, it is best to use an automatic proportioner which accurately and
thoroughly mixes coolant. Always replenish the coolant with a mixture of coolant and
water, not just coolant or water. Never add coolant concentrate directly to the sump.
