ADVANTAGE SOL-P is a premium quality, general purpose soluble oil. It provides excellent rust protection, and emulsion stability. The result is a longer lasting material well suited for all general purpose machining, grinding, specialized quenching and water hydraulic applications.
ADVANTAGE SOL-P is a versatile and economical product designed for a myriad of applications. It is an excellent choice for cutting and grinding steel and cast nodular iron. It can also be used to machine aluminum and copper alloys, though these materials should be immediately removed after machining to prevent staining.
ADVANTAGE SOL-P has many applications and is designed to operate in conditions where proper coolant maintenance is essential. Recommended concentrations vary depending on the application. General Machining (5-10%), Grinding (2-4%), Specialized Quench (10%), Water Hydraulics (1-3%).
